Job Description:
Aqovia is looking for a results-driven Lead Generation Specialist to support our commercial growth by identifying, qualifying, and nurturing high-quality leads across international markets.
The successful candidate will play a critical role in building and maintaining a strong sales pipeline by working closely with sales, marketing, and leadership teams. This role requires a strong understanding of B2B technology services, excellent communication skills, and a data-driven mindset.
Key Responsibilities
Research and identify potential clients across target industries including technology, financial services, health, sustainability, and enterprise platforms
Generate qualified leads through outbound channels such as LinkedIn, email campaigns, market research, and industry platforms
Build and maintain a healthy and accurate sales pipeline using CRM tools
Qualify inbound and outbound leads against defined criteria before handover to the sales team
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to refine outreach strategies and messaging
Schedule meetings, demos, and introductory calls for senior sales or leadership teams
Maintain detailed records of lead interactions, follow-ups, and outcomes
Track and report on lead generation metrics, conversion rates, and campaign performance
Continuously optimize lead generation processes based on data and feedback
Sales & Marketing Collaboration:
Work closely with marketing to align lead generation efforts with campaigns and brand messaging
Support account-based marketing (ABM) initiatives for key target accounts
Provide market insights, competitor intelligence, and client feedback to internal teams
Assist in refining ideal customer profiles (ICPs) and buyer personas
The Ideal Candidate will have:
Proven experience in B2B lead generation, preferably within technology or professional services
Strong understanding of software development, AI, data, or digital transformation services
Experience generating leads for international markets (UK, Europe, Middle East, preferred)
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
Ability to research, qualify, and engage decision-makers and senior stakeholders
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
A proactive, self-motivated, and target-driven mindset
Experience working with CRM systems and sales pipelines
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, agile environment
