Role Overview
Aqovia is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive PMO Analyst to support the successful delivery of IT projects and programmes across the business.
This role is ideal for someone with some project management experience who enjoys structure, governance, and reporting, and who can effectively support Project Managers and Programme Managers throughout the setup and running of projects and programmes.
You will join our Digital Solutions & Technology team and play a key role in establishing, maintaining, and continuously improving project management standards, tools, and reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
Programme Set-Up & Governance
Support the setup of programmes and projects in line with PMO and governance standards.
Ensure consistent application of project management methodologies, templates, and tools.
Delivery & Support Reporting
Produce regular delivery and support reports across projects and programmes.
Create dashboards and management information using Power BI and other reporting tools.
Tracking Work Hours
Track work hours, utilisation, and effort across projects to support planning and forecasting.
Risk & Issue Management
Maintain and manage RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) logs.
Identify, escalate, and support mitigation of risks and issues.
Month-End Financial Reporting
Support month-end financial reporting, including cost tracking and variance analysis.
Onboarding & Offboarding
Ensure onboarding of new starters from a project and tooling perspective.
Ensure offboarding of leavers, including access removal and documentation updates.
Project & Programme Support
Provide day-to-day support to Project Managers and Programme Managers.
Assist with planning, scheduling, documentation, and status reporting.
Tools & Documentation Management
Maintain PMO tools, repositories, and document libraries.
Ensure version control and accessibility of project documentation.
Continuous Improvement
Identify opportunities to improve PMO processes and ways of working.
Support training and onboarding into PMO standards.

Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders.
Strong sense of accountability and ownership, taking responsibility for outcomes and deliverables.
Excellent time management and organisational skills with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks.
Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills with a structured and analytical approach.
Proactive and self-motivated, demonstrating initiative in identifying and addressing issues and opportunities.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have
A degree in Business, IT, Project Management, or a related field, or a related field
Excellent command of English language for professional written and spoken communication.
Experience working in a PMO, project coordination, or project management role.
Good understanding of project management principles and delivery lifecycles.
Experience using tools such as Power BI, Jira / Atlassian, MS Project, Smartsheets, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word.
Strong presentation and reporting skills.
High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
A proactive and supportive mindset.
