About the Role:

Lead technical pre-sales and customer engagement for complex digital transformation programs within the FinTech and financial services sector. As a trusted advisor to C-suite and technical stakeholders, you will run structured discovery sessions to translate client pain points into viable, scalable, and highly secure financial technology architectures. By technically leading high-value bids and partnering closely with sales and engineering squads, you will bridge the gap between commercial strategy and technical execution, ensuring a seamless transition from solution design to successful delivery in highly regulated environments.

Key Requirements

• Pre-Sales & Bid Leadership: Extensive experience owning RFPs/RFIs and technically leading large-scale bids, ideally within the FinTech or digital banking sectors.

• Solution Architecture: Proven track record of shaping scalable, secure, and resilient architectures with a strong foundation in the .NET ecosystem and cloud platforms (Azure preferred).

• FinTech Security & Compliance: Deep ability to design highly available, cost-effective cloud solutions that strictly adhere to financial regulatory and data protection requirements.

• Technical Estimations: Skilled in estimating effort, team composition, delivery timelines, and licensing/hosting costs (e.g., Azure consumption) from early-stage requirements.

• Modern Engineering Standards: Deep knowledge of micro-frontends, microservices, containerization, modern deployment patterns, and Agile/Lean SDLCs to support high-performance financial applications.

• Stakeholder Management: Exceptional consultative skills; capable of clearly articulating technical trade-offs, architectural risks, and commercial value to both financial executives and engineering teams.
