About the Role
Aqovia is looking for a proactive, visionary Marketing and Outreach Officer. In this role, you will lead the charge in community engagement and driving wide-scale adoption for our sophisticated, AI-powered Learning Management System (LMS).
Implementing technology at a national scale is about more than technical excellence; it requires navigating complex bureaucracies and inspiring cultural change to close digital gaps. Serving as the primary project ambassador, you will interface with high-level officials, regional education leaders, and local school communities. Your ultimate objective is to evolve this digital tool into a deeply integrated and trusted cornerstone of the national education landscape.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Alignment & Stakeholder Relations
Navigating Policy Frameworks: Coordinate with Ministry representatives and District Education Officers to obtain the necessary endorsements and directives that ensure platform integration across institutions.
Communicating Value: Convert complex AI-driven performance data into accessible impact stories and executive briefs.
Community Mobilisation & Field Outreach
Regional Engagement Campaigns: Oversee the execution of interactive workshops and field roadshows across urban and rural sectors to champion the LMS within diverse communities.
Empowering Local Stakeholders: Cultivate trust with parents and management committees using accessible communication tools, like WhatsApp and local narratives, to highlight the benefits of AI-enhanced education.
Adoption Strategies & Change Management
Localising Innovation: Develop tailored messaging in Urdu and regional dialects that positions AI features as essential digital assistants meant to streamline, rather than replace, the educator's role.
Incentivising Usage: Launch recognition programs and "Champion Teacher" initiatives to stimulate consistent engagement and celebrate digital milestones among school staff.
Tailored Marketing & Digital Presence
Narrative Excellence: Capture and share compelling multimedia success stories that showcase the tangible impact of the platform on students and teachers alike.
Connectivity-Focused Outreach: Design campaigns that highlight critical accessibility features, such as offline functionality and data-saving initiatives, tailored to the local digital environment.
Skills and Experience
Essential Criteria
Professional Background: 3–5 years of expertise in public sector engagement, NGO mobilisation, or B2G marketing within Pakistan's evolving EdTech sector.
Cultural Mastery: Absolute fluency in English and Urdu is required. Additional proficiency in regional languages like Punjabi or Pashto is a significant advantage for rural outreach.
Public Sector Knowledge: Proven experience collaborating with Pakistani governmental bodies such as PITB, QAED, or the Ministry of Education.
Operational Mobility: A readiness to travel frequently for localised training, community events, and on-site project verification.
Articulate Communication: Exceptional storytelling and negotiation abilities, with the empathy to connect with both senior bureaucrats and local educators.
Desired Attributes
An existing professional network within federal or provincial education departments.
Familiarity with LMS frameworks and a genuine passion for the potential of Generative AI in democratising education.
Experience managing data-led campaigns via specialised channels such as WhatsApp Business APIs and localised SMS platforms.
