We’re looking for a visionary Lead Flutter Engineer in Pakistan to spearhead our mobile ecosystem and drive high-performance architecture.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead & Architect: Own the end-to-end frontend architecture of our BaaS mobile applications.

  • Collaborate: Work within a high-octane, cross-functional Agile team (Devs, QA, DevOps, and PMs).

  • Mentor: Guide and elevate mid-level developers while establishing coding best practices and robust CI/CD pipelines.

What We’re Looking For

  • 7+ years of software development experience, with 5+ years dedicated to production-grade Flutter & Dart apps.

  • Proven track record of leading technical teams and designing scalable state management (Bloc, Provider, or Riverpod).

  • Deep understanding of Agile methodologies, automated testing, and DevOps integration.
