We’re looking for a visionary Lead Flutter Engineer in Pakistan to spearhead our mobile ecosystem and drive high-performance architecture.

### What You’ll Do

- **Lead & Architect:** Own the end-to-end frontend architecture of our BaaS mobile applications.

- **Collaborate:** Work within a high-octane, cross-functional Agile team (Devs, QA, DevOps, and PMs).

- **Mentor:** Guide and elevate mid-level developers while establishing coding best practices and robust CI/CD pipelines.

### What We’re Looking For

- **7+ years** of software development experience, with **5+ years** dedicated to production-grade Flutter & Dart apps.

- Proven track record of leading technical teams and designing scalable state management (Bloc, Provider, or Riverpod).

- Deep understanding of Agile methodologies, automated testing, and DevOps integration.
